绩效管理源于企业内部,自从“3E”(即经济、效率和效益)管理改革运动之后,我国政府部门进行了体制方面的创新与改革,此时政府管理模式变得十分新颖。精准扶贫政策普遍流行,主要根据贫困地区及贫困人群的相关情况,运用科学有效的程序精确无误的帮助真正贫困的群众脱贫致富。虽然绩效管理运用到了乡镇政府之中,也取得了一些成就,但是我国乡镇政府绩效管理目前还存在一些问题,例如缺乏一套系统化、法制化、科学化、程序化的制度体系,资料搜集不够全面等。因此,本文通过对精准扶贫的深层次认知,从县城政府绩效管理的研究现状进行分析,结合国内外优秀案例,提出了我国政府绩效管理的解决措施。

Therefore, based on the deep cognition of precision poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the status quo of county government performance management research and puts forward the measures to solve the government performance management in our country with excellent cases both at home and abroad.
