目的探讨不同充填剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎临床疗效。方法 2009年1月至2010年1月门诊诊治的乳牙根尖周炎288例316颗牙随机分为,A组100颗,B组110颗,C组106颗,观察临床疗效和急性反应。结果 B组总有效率与A组、C组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。B组疼痛发生率与A组、C组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 Vitapex充填剂具有操作简便,随取随用,无需调制,疗效确切,局部急性反应轻微等特点,可以做为治疗乳牙根尖周炎首选充填剂。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different fillers in the treatment of apical periodontitis of deciduous teeth. Methods From January 2009 to January 2010, 288 cases of 316 cases of apical periodontitis with primary deciduous teeth were randomly divided into group A (n = 100), group B (n = 110) and group C (n = 106). The clinical curative effect and acute reaction were observed. Results The total effective rate in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The incidence of pain in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Vitapex filler has the advantages of simple operation, easy to use, no modulation, exact curative effect and slight local acute reaction, which can be used as the first choice of filler for periapical periodontitis.
