由苏联援建的“156项工程”,是我国“一五”时期(1953—1957年)工业建设的中心,是奠定我国社会主义工业化基础的关键一步。它记载着中国人民为实现工业化的创业艰辛,凝结着苏联政府和人民对新中国的真挚友情。回顾当年“156项工程”建设的历程,对于我们不忘历史,认识现实,进行社会主义现代化建设,具有重要意义。 艰 辛 的 切 磋 新中国成立初期,我们缺乏大规模工业建设的经验。从哪里入手,先上哪些项目,中国需要得到苏联的指导和帮助,向苏联学习。“156项工程’”项目是中苏两国政府经过多次高层接触,反复切磋、协商,逐步确定下来的。
The “156 Projects” aided by the Soviet Union are the centers of industrial construction in the period of the “January 5” (1953-1957) in our country and are a crucial step in laying the foundations of the socialist industrialization in our country. It records the arduous pioneering work of the Chinese people in realizing industrialization and condenses the true friendship between the Soviet government and the people in New China. Recalling the history of the “156 Project” construction of the year, it is of great significance to us that we should keep history, know the truth and carry out the socialist modernization. Arduous discussion In the early days after the founding of new China, we lacked the experience of large-scale industrial construction. From where to start, which projects go first, China needs guidance and help from the Soviet Union to learn from the Soviet Union. The “156 Project” project was gradually established through repeated high-level contacts, consultations and negotiations between the two governments of China and the Soviet Union.
