文中介绍了利用计算机通信口接收程控交换机的存贮信息，通过查询预先输入在计算机中的费率，从而实现自动计费，并在此基础上完成显示信息和打印报表的系统工作。论述了实现的原理和方法，还介绍了如何利用ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ平台的多任务特性来解决复杂问题和提高计算机的利用率。
This paper introduces the use of computer communication port to receive program-controlled switch storage information, by pre-entered in the computer rates, in order to achieve automatic billing, and on this basis to complete the display of information and print statements system work. Discussed the realization of the principle and method, also introduced how to use the WINDOWS platform multitasking feature to solve complex problems and improve the utilization of the computer.
