齿尖角是齿板介质的一个非常重要的参数,对磁选机的选别效果影响很大。利用ANSYS软件模拟不同齿尖角的齿板介质在一定背景磁场下产生的磁场,得到不同齿尖角下(20°~100°)的介质的磁场分布。结果表明,在较小的齿尖角范围内(<60°),介质产生的最大磁场强度都随齿尖角增大呈线性增长;当介质的齿尖与齿谷的距离为2mm时,介质的最佳齿尖角约为90°;当介质的齿间距为2mm时,介质的最佳齿尖角约为70°。通过介质的磁力线图,分析了最大磁场强度随齿尖角的变化曲线出现极值点的原因。
