The China-Africa friendship is time-honored. The bilateral economic and trade cooperation has been further enhanced and revitalized since the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) was established in 2000 through joint efforts of both sides. In recent years, China-Africa trade has grown rapidly, and the quality of China’s export products has been improving. However, cases of exporting fake and shoddy products from China to Africa are there now and then, which not only restrained the long-term development of enterprises, but also damaged the general image of Chinese products and enterprises. In order to maintain the image of Chinese products, guarantee the rights and interests of majority law-abiding operators, and promote the healthy development of Sino-Africa trade and economic relations, the export enterprises must raise consciousness of operation in good faith; raise awareness of IPR protection; put an end to fake and shoddy products and projects; strengthen enterprises’ social responsibility, etc. The bilateral-economic friendship has time-honored.
