大豆是世界上重要的植物油和植物蛋白来源,己成为国际大宗农产品贸易中最活跃的商品之一。因此,根据我国市场对火豆的需求,依靠科技进步扩人生产规模,优化区域布局,提高大豆单产和品质,建立大豆产业化生产基地已是势在必行。为了提高大豆单产和品质,农业科技人员从大豆的育种和栽培技术及栽培生理方面己做了不少工作,取得了很大的成就。但还应该看到仍有提高的空间。因此,通过研究大豆栽培影响因素与相应措施,可有效发挥优良品种的潜力、降低生产成本、提高大豆品质、满足市场需求和提高生产经济效益。
Soybeans, the world’s most important vegetable oil and vegetable protein source, have become one of the most active commodities in the international bulk agricultural trade. Therefore, according to the demand for fire beans in our market, relying on scientific and technological progress to expand production scale, optimizing regional distribution and improving soybean yield and quality, it is imperative to establish an industrialized soybean production base. In order to improve soybean yield and quality, agricultural scientists and technologists have done a great deal of work in soybean breeding and cultivation techniques and cultivation physiology and have achieved great success. But there should still be room for improvement. Therefore, by studying the influencing factors of soybean cultivation and corresponding measures, the potential of excellent varieties can be effectively utilized, the production cost can be reduced, the quality of soybean can be improved, the market demand can be met, and the economic benefits of production can be increased.
