我厂生产的万能外圆磨床,其液压系统中主要关键件——液压筒,内孔直径75毫米、长1600毫米,最后加工是珩磨成的,技术要求是:光洁度▽9,母线不直度在100毫米长度上不大于0.1毫米。对于这种深孔,特别是母线不直度加工与测量,都是比较困难的。为了摸索规律,保证产品质量,加工车间曾采用解剖分析的办法,多次将内孔切割开用精密千分表测量,但由于解剖后引起形变,所以不能反映另件加工表面的实际
