那把小刀本来是用来割香肠的,2009年5月16日,33岁的小贩夏俊峰用它刺死沈阳市城管中队长申凯和队员张旭东。2009年11月11日,沈阳市中级人民法院一审以故意杀人罪判处夏俊峰死刑,夏不服提起上诉,夏俊峰二审被判维持死刑,这也意味着一把香肠刀,毁了三条命。夏俊峰是不是正当防卫,抑或是否防卫过当,属于过失致他人死亡,尚有待专业人士继续辨析,也有待司法部门深入讨论,但不争的事实是,这是一起不折不扣的悲剧,这不是一个人的战争,而是摊贩与城管的血腥对垒。
