喷灌,乃当前较先进的灌溉技术之一。有省水,节电,不受地形限制,不破坏土壤结构,能调剂田间小气候等多方面的优点。在骄阳似火的伏、秋天气里,如能对茶园连续进行喷灌,对抗旱保苗,促进茶树早成园,早投产,以及增产夏、秋茶,效果都十分显著,同时,对翌年稳定增产也很有裨益。一九七七年,我所在22亩茶园里首次试用成功后,一九七九年,我们集中力量,一年完成了380亩茶园固定式喷灌,从此,使四分之一的茶园不再受伏、秋干旱的威胁。今年我所又对试验桑园、茶园和饲养基地的喷灌,进行扩建,逐步将我所丘陵红壤桑、茶园实现喷灌化。下面两幅照片,一是建成的喷灌机房和容量4000立方米蓄水池,二是正在进行茶园喷灌。
