“以人为本”是图书馆的核心价值。图书馆所有的工作都必须从满足读者需要出发,以人为本,不断拓展与创新使图书馆事业发展充满生机和活力,从而更好地为构建和谐社会发挥积极的作用。本文就此进行探讨。
