从懂事的小孩到八十岁的老人,人人都喜欢听表扬的话。不管你是发自内心的赞美之词,还是虚情假意的恭维之语,都会让听的人感到顺耳,容易让人接受,也就拉近了与人之间的关系。老师在教育学生时,表扬就显得尤为重要。表扬可以增强学生的自信;表扬可以增强学生对老师的信任;表扬可以消除师生之间的隔阂;表扬可以增强学生的自我教育能力。以下是我在工作中利用表扬的力量取得的良好的效果。
From sensible children to the 80-year-old, everyone likes to listen to praise. Whether you are from the heart of the compliment of the word, or the hypocritical words of compliment, will make people listen to hear the ear, easy to accept, it narrowed the relationship between people. When teachers educate their students, it is even more important to be praised. Praise can enhance students’ self-confidence; praise can enhance students’ trust in teachers; praise can eliminate barriers between teachers and students; and praise can enhance students’ self-education ability. Here’s what I achieved by using the power of praise in my work.
