《教练的智慧》是一本好书,是我近来读到的一本很少有的好书。也许以前你只听说过体育教练、汽车教练,那我告诉你,现在有一种新的教练——“企业教练”。《教练的智慧》写的,就是企业教练。在查阅了不少资料后,我对企业教练有了一定了解:企业教练起源于二十世纪九十年代的美国。它将运动场上最精彩的部分移植到企业管理上,通过让企业中的员工建立正面的态度去提升企业生产力,从而取得最大成果。教练在中国还是一个比较陌生的概念。但在欧美企业界它已广泛运用。如美孚石油
“The wisdom of the coach” is a good book. It is a rare book that I have read recently. Maybe you’ve only heard of sports coaches and car coaches in the past. Then I told you that there is now a new type of coach—“corporate coach”. The coach’s wisdom is written by business coaches.
