实施公务员绩效管理是将绩效管理的基本理念、观点和方法与现行公务员制度结合起来,对各院的工作实绩的动态管理。创新和发展合理的、科学的、可行的公务员绩效管理,是有效推行公关部门人力资源管理的首要课题。本文着重关注我国公务员绩效管理存在的问题,为如何提高政府的管理效率以及提升公共组织的绩效提出科学依据。
The implementation of civil servant performance management is to combine the basic concepts, views and methods of performance management with the current civil servant system and to dynamically manage the performance of each hospital. To innovate and develop a sound, scientific and feasible performance management system for civil servants is the most important task for the effective implementation of human resources management in the public relations department. This article focuses on the existing problems in the performance management of civil servants in our country and puts forward the scientific basis for how to improve the government management efficiency and enhance the performance of public organizations.
