菸碱(尼古丁)是一种水溶性生物碱,烟草中有害成分,在农业上又作为杀虫剂等为人们所利用。有关它的分析方法一直为人们重视。我们采用在碱性条件下用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸出菸碱,用过量CuSO_4溶液将它定量沉淀。用盐酸溶解沉淀后,在乙二胺、K_2SO_4底液中用示波极谱仪测定铜的波高,求出菸碱的含量。方法简便,选择性好,适于烟草中菸碱的测定。 1.仪器与试剂 JP-lA型示波极谱仪,菸碱溶液2.19mg/ml,CuSO_4溶液,3.19mg/ml,10%NaOH溶液,浓盐酸,
Nicotine (nicotine) is a water-soluble alkaloid, a harmful component of tobacco, used in agriculture as an insecticide and others. The methods of analysis about it have always been valued by people. We use steam distillation in alkaline conditions to distill off nicotine, with an excess of CuSO4 solution quantitative precipitation. After dissolving the precipitate with hydrochloric acid, the wave height of the copper was measured by oscillopolarography in ethylenediamine and K 2 SO 4 bottom solution, and the content of nicotine was determined.
