2015年8月1日,铜川市卫计局科级干部靳康鹏被选派到宜君县哭泉镇哭泉村担任“第一书记”。从上任的第一天起,靳康鹏就暗下决心:不辱使命,不负重托,要把基层党组织建设好,把党员模范作用发挥好,把全村群众需要办的事办实、办好。驻村就“驻”进群众心里,努力带领全体村民脱贫致富。抓住症结扎实工作到任后,靳康鹏每天都吃住在村里,逐户走访,听民声,摸实情,迅速和群众打成一片。经过多方调研和了解,靳康鹏决定先要破解哭泉村矛盾纠纷多、经济发展滞后、党员教育管理松散的症结。
On August 1, 2015, Jin Kangpeng, a section-level cadre of Tongchuan Wei Wei Bureau, was selected to be the “First Secretary” in Crying Spring Village, Crying Spring Town, Yijun County.
