增加农民收入,是解决“三农”问题的关键。本文针对当前金融危机形势下国际农产品价格下降的背景,提出了进一步稳定国内粮食价格、推动农民增收工作的措施建议。
Increasing the income of peasants is the key to solving the “three agricultural issues.” In view of the current situation of the international financial crisis in the context of the decline in international agricultural prices, this paper put forward measures to further stabilize the domestic grain prices and promote farmers’ incomes.
