本文研究用双环戊二烯(DCPD)和山茶油改性不饱和聚酯树脂,探索非厌氧型树脂合成反应的技术路线和工艺路线以及研制的工艺条件。研究合成反应工艺条件对产品性能的影响,对温度、反应时间、山茶油的投入量、顺酐与反酸比例、混合醇比例进行试验筛选。测试了所合成产品的各项性能指标,如酸值、胶凝时间、粘度、热稳定性、表干时间、实干时间、附着力。通过极差分析,综合评估的方法确定最佳合成工艺条件。
In this paper, dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) and camellia oil modified unsaturated polyester resin to explore non-anaerobic synthetic resin technology route and process route and the development of the process conditions. The effects of technological conditions on the performance of the product were studied. The temperature, reaction time, the input of camellia oil, the ratio of maleic anhydride to acid and the proportion of mixed alcohol were tested and screened. The properties of the synthesized product were tested, such as acid value, gelling time, viscosity, thermal stability, surface drying time, drying time and adhesion. Through the method of range analysis and comprehensive evaluation, the optimum synthesis conditions were determined.
