本文试图运用疏通技术来解决影响当前过程控制机系统连续运行时间比的一个重要因素——因外部设备故障而发生 I/O 信息流阻塞问题。作者认为,疏通技术是从系统角度来考虑的一种容错计算方法,它能提高整个系统的容错能力,因而有利于过程控制机系统的连续、稳定运行。本文较系统地阐述了疏通技术领域中的一些基本问题:定义,阻塞的分类和检测,疏通方法以及疏通技术与系统设计的相互关系。最后介绍了一个具体运用疏通技术的例子,该例是用于监控某火力发电厂的一台三十万瓩汽轮发电机组运行的过程控制机系统的。实践表明,疏通技术的运用是提高系统连续运行时间比的一个重要手段。
This paper attempts to use dredging technology to solve the impact of the current process control system continuous running time ratio of an important factor - due to external equipment failure occurred I / O flow of information blocking. The author thinks that dredging technique is a kind of fault-tolerant calculation method considered from the system point of view, which can improve the fault-tolerant ability of the whole system, which is beneficial to the continuous and stable operation of the process control system. This article systematically elaborates some basic problems in the field of dredging technology: definition, classification and detection of congestion, dredging methods, and the interrelationship between dredging techniques and system design. Finally, an example of the concrete application of dredging technology is introduced, which is a process control system for monitoring the operation of a 300,000 瓩 turbogenerator in a thermal power plant. Practice shows that the application of dredging technology is an important means to improve the system running time ratio.
