以决明子成熟种子为原料,采用微波辅助法提取大黄酚。在单因素优化试验的基础上,运用中心组合试验和响应面法考察甲醇体积分数、微波功率、微波时间、固液比4个因素对大黄酚得率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助提取决明子大黄酚的最佳工艺条件是:微波温度60℃、甲醇体积分数80%(v/v)、微波功率50 W、微波时间8 min、固液比1:60 g/m L,在此条件下决明子大黄酚得率为0.54%,与模型预测值0.55%相差不大。
Using mature seeds of Cassia seed as raw material, chrysophanol was extracted by microwave assisted method. On the basis of the single factor optimization test, the effects of methanol concentration, microwave power, microwave time and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of chrysophanol were investigated by the combination of center test and response surface methodology. The results showed that microwave assisted extraction of chrysophanol from Cassia chinensis was the best conditions for the microwave-assisted extraction of chrysophanol at 60 ℃, methanol volume fraction 80% (v / v), microwave power 50 W, microwave time 8 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:60 g / m L, the yield of cassia seed in this condition was 0.54%, which was not much different from the predicted value of 0.55%.
