没有污染的生物农药——昆虫病毒,是能使昆虫致病的特殊克星,利用病毒防治农林害虫,越来越引起人们的普遍关注,是一项很有前途的预防措施。这种病毒进入虫体后,病毒粒子在肌体内增殖,虫体组织遭到破坏而最后死亡。昆虫病毒除侵染幼虫外,还能侵入虫卵,使胚胎一开始发育便孕育了先天性病毒;也能附着在卵壳上,待幼虫孵化时,使之感病而死亡。成虫又能把病毒传给下一代,且能引起大规模的流行,因而病毒治虫能收到使害虫“断子绝孙”的功效。其优点主要是:第一,对于寄主范围较为专一,作用特异性强,具有良好的选择性,保护益虫,且不污染人类环境。第二,经在害虫种群内积放后,病原体能在其生物环境内保留下来,不断增殖,长期控制着害虫的危害。
The non-contaminated biological pesticide-insect virus is a special nemesis that can make insects pathogenic.
