在水稻自花授粉 1~ 3h后 ,利用其形成的花粉管通道 ,将提取的含有抗白叶枯病Xa2 1基因的水稻IRBB2 1的总DNA直接导入受体水稻豫粳 6号中 ,经白叶枯病菌接种鉴定 ,在D1代获得抗白叶枯病材料 3株。利用RAPD技术对该组合的受体、供体及转化后代进行分析 ,证明供体DNA片段已整合到受体基因中。
