目的 :研究头孢呋辛 -聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( Cef- PMMA)珠链的体内、外释放过程。方法 :测定 Cef对骨水泥聚合热的稳定性 ,制成 5 %和 2 .5 % Cef- PMMA珠链 ,观察其体内、外释放过程。结果 :Cef经过加热 10 0℃ 1h后是稳定的 ,完全可以耐受骨水泥聚合热 ;5 %和 2 .5 % Cef- PMMA珠链的体外释放过程为 d 1、2释放速度最快 ,量最大 ,然后明显下降 ,缓慢释放达 30d,2 .5 %珠链的缓释效果优于 5 %珠链 ;体内释放过程与体外相似 ,但最长只观察到了 14d。结论 :Cef- PMMA珠链作为新的手段 ,可以应用于临床
Objective: To study the in vivo and in vitro release process of Cefuroxime-PMMA beads. Methods: The stability of cef cement agglomeration heat was measured and made into 5% and 2.5% Cef-PMMA beads. The in vitro and in vivo release process of Cef was observed. RESULTS: Cef was stable after heated at 100 ℃ for 1h and could completely withstand the heat of bone cement. The release rate of Cef-PMMA beads was 5% and 2.5% Maximum, and then decreased significantly. After slowly releasing for 30 days, the sustained-release effect of 2.5% beads was better than that of 5% beads. The in vivo release process was similar to that in vitro, but the longest observation was 14 days. Conclusion: Cef-PMMA beads as a new method, can be applied to clinical
