4月12日下午,省水利厅召开最严格水资源管理专题会议,省水利厅厅长常建忠出席会议并讲话。会议听取了省水利水电勘测设计研究院有限公司关于落实最严格水资源管理、编制《山西省水支撑水保障方案》和黄河干支流耗水指标细化方案的汇报,各市负责人进行了研究讨论。常建忠强调,市县政府要进一步提高政治站位,深入贯彻\"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力\"的治水思路和习近平总书记在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展座谈会上的重要讲话精神,充分认识全面实行最严格水资源管理的重要意义.
