目的探讨胰岛素泵的临床护理体会,并观察其疗效。方法对105例糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵进行治疗,并进行心里、技术等综合护理。结果持续带泵7～14d可以有效控制高血糖,生活质量相应提高。结论综合护理是胰岛素泵强化治疗的保障。
