目的了解医院职工的心理健康情况,探讨影响医院职工心理健康水平的相关因素。方法选择医院职工466例,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,并与国内常模比较。结果466例职工人际关系敏感、偏执分量因子得分低于常模,躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖分量因子得分高于常模(P<0.05)。26-45岁职工的心理健康较46-54岁职工差(P<0.05)。结论医院职工心理健康状况与全国常模相比总体尚好,但躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑等较全国常模差;26-45岁的员工心理健康状况差于其他年龄段员工的心理健康。
Objective To understand the mental health status of hospital staff and explore the factors that affect the mental health of hospital staff. Methods A total of 466 hospital staff members were selected. The questionnaire was conducted using the SCL-90 questionnaire and compared with the national norm. Results 466 workers were interpersonal sensitive, paranoid component factor score was lower than that of norm, somatization, obsessive compulsive symptom, depression, anxiety and terror component factor score were higher than the norm (P <0.05). The mental health of 26-45-year-old workers was worse than that of 46-54-year-old workers (P <0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of hospital staff is generally better than that of the national norm, but the somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression and anxiety are more common than those in the whole country. The mental health of employees aged 26-45 is worse than the mental health of employees in other age groups .
