我们用氧化HDly(OX—HDly)和FITC—OX—HDly与大鼠肝窦状腺细胞共培养。结果:OX—HDly对FITC—OX一HDly的细胞结合存在着竞争抑制作用,当OX-HDly的量大于FITh-OX—HDL10倍时,细胞结合荧光强度降低至趋于平衡,而天然HDly对FITC—OX-HDly的细胞结合没有竞争抑制。结论:
We co-cultured rat hepatic sinusoidal cells with oxidized HDly (OX-HDly) and FITC-OX-HDly. Results: The inhibitory effect of OX-HDly on the cell binding of FITC-OX-HDly was competitive. When the amount of OX-HDly was more than 10-fold higher than that of FITh-OX-HDL, the fluorescence intensity of cells decreased to balance.
