一、概述上海东湖电影院是我国第一个放映立体电影的影院,地处徐汇区新乐街道“安静小区”之内。曾因其通风空调系统噪声较高,影响环境,被指示限期解决。该影院的主要噪声源是冷冻机、水泵、风机和冷却塔。治理前,这些设备正常运行时,在离其较近(约6m)的上海市公安局武警总队宿舍五楼窗外1.0m处,白天实测噪声为73dB(A)。噪声源的平面位置及测点布置见图1。图中括号内的数据为治理后的噪声级。对以上四个主要噪声源分别采取综合治理措施后,噪声级由73dB(A)降为56dB(A),达到

Overview Shanghai East Lake Cinema is China’s first cinema showing a three-dimensional film, is located in Xuhui District Xinle Street “quiet area.” Once due to its high noise ventilation and air conditioning system, affecting the environment, was directed to resolve within a time limit. The main sources of noise for the theater are freezers, pumps, fans and cooling towers. During the normal operation of these facilities, the measured noise during the day was 73dB (A) at a distance of 1.0m outside the window of the fifth floor of the Armed Police Corps quarters of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, which is close to it (about 6m). The noise source plane position and measuring point arrangement is shown in Fig.1. The data in the brackets in the figure is the noise level after the treatment. After taking comprehensive measures respectively for the above four major noise sources, the noise level is reduced from 73dB (A) to 56dB (A), reaching
