移动通信技术不断发展,网络不断升级,基站密度越来越大,特别是3G(TD-SCDMA)的高频段特性由于信号衰落快,要求的建站密度比2G的更大,加上市民环保意识增强,基站选址、定点越来越困难。按照“规划一步到位,建设分步实施”的策略,TD-SCDMA二期南宁工程建设,采用不同的建设方案,逐步解决了建设中存在的一些难点问题。
