语文课堂不应该是“教学设计”的机械重复,而是充满动态和不断生成的过程,因此,语文课堂中经常会有与课前设计不一致,甚至相矛盾的意外情况发生。教师如何巧妙化解,变意外为惊喜,如何即兴发挥,不留痕迹地点拔学生,就成了一门学问。一、不拘泥于教案,学会灵活调整预设我们虽然可以在课前做好充分准备,但再有预见性的教师也不可能预料到课堂偶发情况的出现;再周密的教案,也不可能为偶发情况事先设计好具体的解决方法和步骤。因为教学环境
