选项教学为中职体育课程改革注入了新鲜的血液,但结合我校的前期实践后发现:还有进一步值得改进的地方。因此在新一轮选项教学中,从选项模式、授课形式、评价标准等方面做了探讨,试图真正体现选项教学的优越性,从而提高中职体育教学效果,为培养学生的体育能力与终身体育意识打下坚实基础。
The option teaching infused fresh blood into the reform of the PE curriculum for secondary vocational schools. However, in combination with our previous practice, we found that there is still room for further improvement. Therefore, in the new round of option teaching, this paper discusses the options, lectures and evaluation standards in an attempt to truly reflect the superiority of optional teaching so as to improve the effect of physical education in secondary vocational schools. In order to cultivate the students’ physical ability and lifelong physical education Conscious lay a solid foundation.
