目的建立养精种玉煎膏的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Platisil ODS(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为240 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 m L·min-1。结果指纹图谱中共有14个特征峰,其中山茱萸有6个特征峰,白芍有4个特征峰,当归有1个特征峰,熟地黄有1个特征峰。结论建立的指纹图谱适用于养精种玉煎膏的质量控制。
Objective To establish a fingerprinting map of jingjian jade ointment. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with Platisil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃; flow rate of 1.0 m L · min-1. Results There were 14 characteristic peaks in the fingerprints, including 6 characteristic peaks of Cornel, 4 characteristic peaks of white peony root, 1 characteristic peak of Angelica sinensis, and 1 characteristic peak of Rehmannia glutinosa. Conclusion The fingerprinting established is suitable for the quality control of jingjian jingjian cream.
