本文结合病例复习文献对心房颤动伴“第二度房室传导阻滞”的诊断进行了商榷,建议废除心房颤动伴第二度房室传导阻滞的诊断,改称心房颤动可能伴有部分房室传导阻滞;并提出房颤伴“二度房室传导阻滞”并非一定是停用洋地黄或其它抑制心肌药物的指征。
This article combined with case review literature on atrial fibrillation with “second degree atrioventricular block” diagnosis was proposed, abolition of atrial fibrillation with second-degree atrioventricular block diagnosis, renamed atrial fibrillation may be associated with some atrioventricular Conduction block; and proposed atrial fibrillation with “second degree atrioventricular block” is not necessarily disable digitalis or other indications of myocardial drug suppression.
