技能大赛是我国职业教育工作的一项重大制度创新,也是新时期培养和选拔优秀技能人才的重要平台,对我国的职业教育事业起到积极的促进作用。环境专业为骨干校重点建设专业,本文以职业技能竞赛的角度,从校企合作、师资队伍建设、课程改革、教学模式改革、校内竞赛文化等方面进行探索和实践。
Skill contest is a major institutional innovation in our country’s vocational education and also an important platform for training and selecting outstanding skilled personnel in the new era. It plays an active role in promoting vocational education in our country. The environment major is the key construction specialty of the backbone school. From the angle of the vocational skill competition, this paper explores and practices from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation, teachers construction, curriculum reform, teaching mode reform and school competition culture.
