弥漫性肺间质纤维化病因不一，是各种不同肺间质疾病所引起的一种组织学晚期的病变。我院1992～1995年经X线及其它检查确诊30例，现报道如下：tiff床资料一般资料：男16例，女14例，年龄22～76岁，其中年龄大于55岁22例，平均年龄58．9岁，病程2个月至20年不等。2例伴发气胸。
Diffuse pulmonary fibrosis varies in etiology and is caused by a variety of different lung interstitial disease caused by a late stage of histological lesions. Our hospital from 1992 to 1995 by X-ray and other tests confirmed 30 cases, are reported as follows: tiff bed General Information: 16 males and 14 females, aged 22 to 76 years, of which age more than 55 years in 22 cases, the average age 58.9 years old, duration of 2 months to 20 years. 2 cases with pneumothorax.
