P2 7是目前国内外研究得较多的一种多功能细胞周期素依赖蛋白 ,它以多种方式参与细胞周期调控 ,最终抑制细胞的分裂和增殖 ,促进细胞的分化和凋亡。本文主要介绍 P2 7的生物学功能及其在中耳胆脂瘤研究中的进展。
P2 7 is a multifunctional cyclin-dependent protein that has been studied more and more at home and abroad. P2 7 is involved in cell cycle regulation in many ways and ultimately inhibits cell division and proliferation and promotes cell differentiation and apoptosis. This article describes the biological function of P2 7 and its progress in the study of middle ear cholesteatoma.
