本钢5号(2600m3)高炉于2011年11月1日采用回收煤气、炉顶打水降温控料线将料面降至风口中心线以下,并成功利用软探尺、炉顶煤气CO2曲线相结合准确判断料线,整个过程实现了安全、顺利、快速停炉。
