扩大内需的政策是在金融危机的背景下提出的,我国的经济发展依赖于消费,扩大内需是保证我国经济持续发展的必然前提条件,为了防止我国的经济出现下滑的现象,就做好扩大内需的工作。在扩大内需的背景下,我国又面临着一定的机遇和挑战,这不仅是对我国经济能力的考验,也是对我国综合实力的考验。我国的许多建设工程都和城市发展密切联系,扩大内需对于城市规划来说,不仅是挑战,也能给城市的发展带来一定的机遇。在这种前提下,国家应该充分发挥其职能,做好宏观调控的工作,加强对城市的建设,统筹城乡发展,从而推动我国经济平稳较快发展。
The policy of expanding domestic demand is put forward in the context of the financial crisis.
