目的:生药半夏是以半夏(Pinellia ternata Breit)的块茎为基原,配伍在许多汉方处方中。日本现在使用的半夏,多从中国进口。一个重要的原因是由于供不应求及未确立栽培、炮制方法。作者为改良栽培炮制技术及确立技艺方法,进行了各种研究。此次报告以性质和状态及镇吐活性物质的含量为指标的炮制方法。
Objective: The crude drug Pinellia tuber is based on the stem tuber of Pinellia ternata Breit and is compatible with many Kampo prescriptions. The Pinellia that Japan is now using is mostly imported from China. One important reason is due to the shortage of supply and the establishment of cultivation and processing methods. The author carried out various studies for improving cultivation techniques and establishing techniques. This report is based on the nature and status of the active substances and the content of the antidote.
