内燃机车上的关键性部件,如柴油机、牵引电动机等均可看为一个独立的“可修复”系统。机务部门不但关心它能正常工作多久,还要考虑排除故障、系统维修花多少时间,以及更换配件需贮留多少备品。这些均为可靠性研究内容,可靠性理论的发展对使用维修问题已由定性转为定量。本文试图从机车运用维修角度,从理论上推导出最佳的检修周期,并以牵引电动机实际故障统计为例,指出其合理的维修周期数值。推导结论可用于内燃机车所有重要部件。
Diesel locomotives, such as diesel engines, traction motors, etc. can be seen as a separate “fixable” system. The maintenance department not only concerned about how long it can work normally, but also consider troubleshooting, system maintenance how much time, as well as replacement parts to be stored how much spare parts. These are the reliability of the study, the development of reliability theory on the use of maintenance has been qualitative to quantitative. This paper attempts to derive the best inspection cycle from the point of view of locomotive operation and maintenance. Taking the actual fault of traction motor as an example, the reasonable maintenance cycle value is pointed out. The conclusions can be used for all important components of diesel locomotives.
