从生命城市系统的概念和内涵出发,全面探讨了生命城市理念在中国少数民族地区城镇化建设中的应用问题。由于中国少数民族群众多居住于边远山区,自然灾害频发,受自然地理环境、历史文化和经济社会发展状况等影响,其防灾减灾能力较为薄弱,一旦灾害发生往往会造成较大损失。通过对生命城市理念内涵和外延的深度挖掘,明确中国少数民族地区城镇化建设的理念和方法,选择有效、可行的实施路径并建立相应的评价体系,可以切实保证生命城市理念的应用实施,全面提高城镇安全和少数民族群众的生活质量。
Starting from the concept and connotation of life city system, this paper comprehensively explores the application of the concept of city of life in the urbanization of ethnic minority areas in China. Due to the fact that many Chinese ethnic minorities live in remote mountainous areas with frequent natural disasters and their natural and geographical environment, historical and cultural conditions, and their economic and social development, their capacity for disaster prevention and reduction is relatively weak. Disasters often result in large losses. Through the excavation of the connotation and denotation of the concept of life city, the concept and method of urbanization in China’s minority nationality areas are clarified, and the effective and feasible route for implementation and the corresponding evaluation system are established, which can effectively ensure the application and implementation of the concept of city of life.
