目的观察丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 66例急性脑梗死患者,男性37例,女性29例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL,静脉滴注,2次/d,治疗14 d后进行疗效评定;观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况和神经功能缺损程度的变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合依达拉奉能有效改善急性脑梗死的症状,提高患者远期日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Danshen injection and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction, 37 males and 29 females, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group was treated with edaravone 30 mg Add 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL, intravenous infusion, 2 times / d, 14 d after treatment efficacy evaluation; observed before and after treatment to improve the clinical symptoms and neurological deficit changes. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Danshen injection combined with edaravone can effectively improve the symptoms of acute cerebral infarction and improve the long-term daily living ability of patients.
