1983～1987年我科共收治剖宫产后晚期大出血8例,发生率为0.39％,其中4例子宫全切,根据病理报告,分析主要原因为宫内感染,子宫切口裂开。提出了预防措施:①严格掌握剖宫产指征。②改进缝合技术。③术后积极预防感染和纠正贫血。
From 1983 to 1987, 8 cases of late post-cesarean haemorrhage were admitted to our department. The incidence rate was 0.39%. Four cases of uterus were cut completely. According to the pathological report, the main causes of intra-uterine infection and uterine incision were rupture. Proposed preventive measures: ① strict control of cesarean section indications. ② improve suture technology. ③ postoperative positive prevention of infection and correct anemia.
