Postpartum hemorrhage refers to the fetus after bleeding within 24h after more than 500ml, including the fetus after delivery to the placenta before delivery, delivery of the placenta 2h postpartum and 2 ~ 24h3 period. Postpartum hemorrhage is the main cause of maternal death in our country, most of the secondary to uterine inertia, accounting for 70% to 80% of the total number of postpartum hemorrhage.
