自1999年11月第五届全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会(以下简称全国考委)成立以来,我国高等教育自学考试事业取得进一步发展,管理科学化、规范化水平不断提高,服务领域逐步拓宽,为人们提供了更多接受高等教育的机会,吸引了上千万人参加学习、考试,为经济建设和社会发展培养了大批专门人才,高等教育自学考试已经成为我国高等教育一个重要组成部分。
Since the establishment of the Steering Committee of the Fifth National Self-study Examination for Higher Education in November 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the National Examination Committee), the cause of self-study examinations for higher education in our country has been further developed. The management is scientific and the standardization is continuously improved. The field of service is gradually expanded. People have provided more opportunities for higher education, attracted tens of millions of people to participate in study and examination, and trained a large number of specialized personnel for economic construction and social development. Higher education self-study examinations have become an important component of China’s higher education.
