本文提出一种转轮水力设计的新方法,它不仅适用于各种比转数的混流式水轮机和斜流式水轮机,而且也适用于各种比转速的离心泵和混流泵。该方法是采用分布在转轮叶片假想骨线上的奇点系来代替固体翼型对水流的作用,对所研究之速度场进行分析计算,从而得到被代替之翼型。该方法实质上是解环列翼栅的绕流问题,该方法的特点是能够在设计中有目的地控制及计算出沿翼型表面各点的速度和压力分布,从而可以予先计算出转轮的汽蚀系数和设计出汽蚀性能较好的转轮。本文从环列翼栅的特点出发,推导出一些相应的计算公式。
This paper presents a new method of hydraulic design for runner. It is not only suitable for all kinds of Francis turbines and diagonal turbines, but also suitable for centrifugal pump and mixed flow pump with different specific speed. The method uses the singular point system distributed on the imaginary bone line of the rotor blade to replace the effect of the solid airfoil on the water flow and analyzes the calculated velocity field to obtain the replaced airfoil. The method essentially solves the problem of the flow around a row of fenders. The method is characterized by the ability to purposely control and calculate the velocity and pressure distribution at each point along the surface of the airfoil in the design so that the rotation Wheel cavitation coefficient and the design of the wheel cavitation better performance.
