一、目的与材料方法 多胺为抗衰老因子,乙烯是成熟激素,在果实成热过程中二者的作用和相互关系如何,国内目前尚未见这方面的报道。本文研究西安地区番茄栽培品种‘早魁’成熟与采后贮藏期间内源多胺和乙烯的变化以及二者的相互关系。 ‘早魁’番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum MiLL.)果实采自西安南郊大田。参照Anon(1979)的标准,根据外观着色程度将果实分级为绿熟期(Ⅰ期)、挂粉期(Ⅱ期)、半红期(1/2红)Ⅲ期)、粉红期(>1/2红)(Ⅳ期)、全红期(Ⅴ期)五个时期。 取绿熟期(Ⅰ期)果实于室温(25℃±2)做贮藏和腐胺处理试验。腐胺处理方法为300mm汞柱(负压)减压渗入0.5分钟,然后置室温下,以渗入蒸馏水为对照。每处理取15个果实,重复3次。

Take green mature (Ⅰ) fruits at room temperature (25 ℃ ± 2) to do the storage and putrescine treatment experiments. Putrescine treatment method 300mm Hg (negative pressure) infiltration pressure 0.5 minutes, and then set at room temperature to infiltration of distilled water for the control. Take 15 fruits per treatment and repeat 3 times.
