迄今为止,世界上拥有常规潜艇的国家和地区已有近50个,预计这个数目还将继续增加。值得注意的是,近年来,我周边国家常规潜艇的发展尤为迅速,一些拥有潜艇的国家,如印度、韩国、巴基斯坦等,都在加大采购新型潜艇的力度,以进一步增强水下作战能力;另一些尚未装备潜艇的国家,如马来西亚、泰国、非律宾等,也已将获得潜艇提到议事日程上,准备近年购买数量不等的潜艇,以填补本国没有潜艇的空白,提高本国的海上防御能力。
So far, there are nearly 50 countries and regions in the world that have conventional submarines, and the number is expected to continue to increase. It is noteworthy that in recent years, the development of conventional submarines in neighboring countries has been particularly rapid.
