目的观察改良的丙炔苯丙胺与维生素E抗氧化治疗帕金森病(DATATOP)方案对帕金森病(PD)治疗。方法科学性地使用左旋多巴、金刚烷胺、爱维治、维生素E治疗PD。结果38例PD中脑电地形图(BEAM)明显异常30例，用药后BEAM主频分布明显改善，韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS－RC)语言部分和本顿视觉保持测验(Benton VRT)多种选择回忆部分得分提高。结论本方法可治疗PD，并使BEAM明显改善。
Objective To observe the effects of modified prophylactic amniotic acid and vitamin E antioxidant therapy on Parkinson’s disease (DATATOP) on Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods Scientifically using levodopa, amantadine, ibuprofen, vitamin E for PD. Results Thirty patients with abnormal BEAM in PD were significantly abnormal in 30 cases. The BEAM frequency distribution was significantly improved after treatment. The language part of WAIS-RC and Benton VRT were more Memorize part of the choice to improve the score. Conclusion This method can treat PD and improve BEAM significantly.
