本文为研究正常月经周期的不同期(滤泡期、排卵前期、黄体期)多巴胺活性是否不同,观察了两种多巴胺激动剂(溴隐亭和培高利特)对LH、FSH、PRL和TSH的基值与动力学分泌的影响。 7例月经周期28~32天的有排卵妇女,完成24次试验:6例接受溴隐亭2.5mg或培高利特50μg在滤泡期(周期2~8天)试验2次,连续2个周期。第7例以及6例中的2例接受同样的多巴胺激动剂在排卵前期(周期21~14天)试验2次并在黄体中期(周期20~22天)再试验2次,连续2个周期。所有妇女均用低脂饮食,随意活动和睡眠,上午
In this paper, to investigate whether dopamine activities in different periods of the normal menstrual cycle (follicular phase, preovulatory phase, luteal phase) are different, the effects of two dopamine agonists (bromocriptine and pergolide) on LH, FSH, PRL and TSH Baseline and Kinetic Secretion. Seven women who had ovulation during 28-32 days of the menstrual cycle completed 24 tests: 6 patients received bromocriptine 2.5 mg or pergolide 50 μg in the follicular phase (cycles 2 to 8 days) for 2 trials for 2 consecutive cycles . Two of the seven and six of the six patients received the same dopamine agonist twice in the preovulatory (cycles 21-14) and twice in the mid luteal phase (cycles 20-22) two more times. All women have a low-fat diet, free activity and sleep in the morning
